A tailored annual proposal
Standard, Pro, Extended and Enterprise prices are in USD per operator. The annual payment covers 12 months for the price of 10 monthly payments, paid once per year. OnPrem has individually agreed annual pricing.
An operator is anyone who does IT work in AverDesk: keeps the list of equipment and services up to date, answers employee requests, fixes outages, plans maintenance. Say your company has 200 people and 3 of them work in IT. You pay for 3 operators. If one engineer looks after several of your organizations, they still count once.
The other 197 people in that example only use the employee portal. They order a new laptop, report a broken printer and check how their request is going. They are not operators. Invite the whole company; the bill stays the same.
If you switch to a smaller plan, the organizations you already created stay where they are. Nothing is deleted.

Yes. Sign up at app.averdesk.com, choose Free and start working. No card, no sales call. Free includes one organization, one demo organization for practice and one operator, and it has no end date.
Every new account can try the Standard plan once, for 45 days, at no cost. During that time you can have up to three operators in one organization, plus a demo organization. When the 45 days are up, you decide: pay for Standard or go back to Free. Your organization and everything in it stays either way. Not sure how this works in your case? Write to support@averdesk.com before the trial ends.
Anyone who does IT work in AverDesk: updates the list of equipment and services, handles outages (incidents) and employee requests, plans maintenance. Think of your system administrator or the person on the support line. One person counts once, even if they work in several organizations under the same subscription.
No. A seat is a paid place for one user, and only operators need one. Employees who order services and follow their requests through the self-service portal never pay, on any plan, and you can invite as many of them as you like.
An MSP (managed service provider) is a company that runs IT for other businesses. In AverDesk each client gets its own organization: a separate workspace with its own database, so clients never see each other. Pro gives you 3 organizations and 5 operators, Extended 5 organizations and 10 operators, Enterprise 20 operators and as many organizations as we agree on. Count your clients first, then your engineers.
Pay for a year in one go and you get 12 months for the price of 10. Per operator per year, that is $120 for Standard, $180 for Pro, $250 for Extended and $500 for Enterprise. Paid monthly, the same plans cost $12, $18, $25 and $50 per operator.
It is a separate practice space. You can try an import, test how services link to each other or show AverDesk to colleagues without touching your real data. Every plan includes at least one.
Yes, that is the OnPrem plan (short for on-premises: installed in your own infrastructure instead of our cloud). It can carry your own brand and includes three demo organizations. OnPrem is paid yearly, at a price we agree together; there is no monthly option. Write to us and we will prepare an offer.
Your existing organizations stay. We do not delete anything when you move to a smaller plan. If your case is unusual, for example you have more operators than the new plan allows, write to us before switching and we will go through it with you.
Your data belongs to you. Your own scripts can read everything you have recorded through the API, the entry point AverDesk gives to other programs, one organization at a time. If you need a full export in a particular format, write to support@averdesk.com and we will arrange it.
