Everything a team needs every day is ready. Now we are working on the agent and on filling in the inventory automatically.
The list of equipment and services (the inventory), the map of how they depend on each other, the 3D map of your whole estate, the service desk, the employee portal, maintenance windows and service status, notifications, the agent, staff sync from AD/LDAP, imports and the API: all of this is in the product and in daily use. We consider the core done. Now we spend our time on keeping the picture full and current with less manual work.
Two things. First, the agent, the small program for Windows and Linux servers: we are growing it so that more of what happens in your environment reaches AverDesk on its own. Second, automatic filling: servers, software and the links between them should appear and update without anyone typing them in. Both are in progress, and we write about each step on the blog.
