Help starts with a clear request.

An employee picks what they need from a list and sees who is handling it. No more "who do I ask".

01

Who do I ask for a laptop?

A new designer starts on Monday. She needs a laptop, a mail account and access to the shared drive. In most companies that means three messages to three people and a week of waiting. The employee portal gives her a catalog instead: a list of services written in plain words. She picks “new laptop” and fills in two fields.

02

What happens next, visibly.

Her order becomes a request in the IT queue, next to everything else. She sees which stage it is at and who is working on it. When the operator asks whether she needs a docking station, the question appears in her request and she answers there. The whole exchange stays inside the request.

03

The whole company can use it for free.

She is not an IT operator, so she is never counted or billed. The same goes for everyone who only orders services and follows their own requests. Invite all 150 people. You pay for the ones who do the work.

04

In their language, on their phone.

The portal works in English, Ukrainian and Russian, in light and dark themes, and on a phone. Contrast meets the accessibility standard (WCAG AA), and reduced-motion settings are respected.

Open the portal to your team.

Publish a handful of services and let people order. The Free plan includes a demo organization to try it in first.
